Sex and the Animals

Larry Buchanan recalled this film in. Psychotronic magazine interview (#24 - 1997): 'there are a couple of little marking-time projects I did that nobody seems to know about. One was a reunion with my old friend, Harold Hoffman, for a documentary. My contribution was merely an editor. Harold had assembled all this mating-ritual footage showing members of the animal kingdom in reproductive behavior ..I suggested to complete the film with the highest animal, the human animal. But his version stood, and I don't believe the film was as successful as it would've been if he'd taken it that extra mile.'
