With actor Mark Stevens taking over the lead role playing managing editor Steve Wilson in 1954, a game was distributed by Lowell Toy Manufacturing, named "Big Town: News Reporting and Printing Game". The board game for 2 to 4 players involved a spinner and had players as reporters assigned stories to complete. Rubber stamps with inking was used to simulate printing a paper.
