- The equally strait-laced and "by-the-book" nephew of Joe Friday must work with his more laid-back partner to solve a mystery.
- Billie, poor relative of a wealthy clan, looks for a purpose in life in Paris, is left by her lover Edouard, marries her New York boss Ellis who dies of a stroke. She opens a boutique in LA and weds gifted but troubled film director Vito.
- Jonathan and Jennifer Hart are in San Francisco to help with a charity auction. Jennifer picks up an old locket for auction and shows it to Jonathan. Jonathan quickly recognizes a picture of him and his sister who he hasn't seen since he was a child, inside. Stuart Morris approaches the Harts claiming to be Jonathan's nephew. Stuart tells them that his aunt is Mr. Harts long lost sister. Perhaps, this family reunion isn't quite what it seems...

- Marella unofficially asks String and Dom to attempt a rescue mission when Archangel is captured by rival agents and his wing of the Firm is disavowed. Archangel had embarked on a rescue mission for a former lover which he later discovers is a trap to lure him to his capture and subsequent brainwashing. String and Dom must find Archangel and deprogram him before he can assassinate the Firm's top leader, Zeus.
- String and Dom rescue Dom's niece from her abusive boyfriend and return her to the U.S. Unfortunately, the boyfriend hasn't given up on her yet and sends his goons in search of her. Caitlin O'Shaughnessy (Jean Bruce Scott) re-enters the picture, asking Dom for a job at his hangar. Meanwhile, while trying to assimilate to life in the U.S., Holly (Barbara Howard) begins hanging out on a movie set with String and Dom. Not all is quite as it appears when a serious of incidents lead String and Dom to confront Holly's ex-boyfriend and they make a disturbing discovery that could lead Caitlin's death.

To save herself, Sydney needs to steal 500 year old Rambaldi codes from Vatican to decipher Rambaldi's prophecy. Meanwhile. Sloane gets suspicious that one of the Alliance's members switched sides and is now working with The Man.
- When it becomes open season on the Angels, the ladies must figure out who's behind the attacks before someone on the team loses their life.
- After an attempt is made on the Angels' lives, Charlie hires a rival detective agency run by his old friend, Antonia Blake, to keep an eye on his employees. Blake, who likes to be called 'Toni', assigns her three boys to the case. They are: former U.S. Olympic champion Bob Sorenson, master of disguise Matt Parrish and champion rodeo rider, roper and tracker Cotton Harper. The Angels, feeling they can solve the case themselves, try to ditch the men as soon as possible.
- Paige discovers that a 10-year-old runaway (guest star Alex Black) is a firestarter and being hunted by demon bounty hunters. So while they protect him they try to teach him how to use his powers for good rather than evil.

Shannon thinks that she might find happiness with Lance, but her past again interferes. Angela anticipates that all of her own wishes will soon come true.
- Slumlord Jessica hires Colt as her bodyguard. Colt prevents Brian Carlin from killing Jessica, but Brian escapes. Brian blames Jessica for his sister Allison's accident. Brian decides to try again to kill Jessica. Colt has to stop him.

- Bonnie is given the honor of joining the Helios society, whose members all have genius level I.Q.'s. This to Devon's chagrin, who was expecting a nomination himself, but has to be content with honorary membership. However, it soon becomes clear that high ranking members of the society are planning to ensure their own survival by committing the perfect crime. For this they need to get their hands on Kitt and to get rid of its driver, Michael Knight.
- The entire roster of FLAG personnel goes undercover to stop an American diplomat from selling a biological weapon to the "Hammer-of-the-Desert." KITT is disguised as a '55 Lynx Imperial racing car they plan to offer for sale. RC3 poses as the middleman, Bonnie as the seller, "Alisha Craven-Hall." Michael pretends to be hired killer Johnny Hajeck and even Devon joins in, playing the part of a newsreader.
- Michael and RC are meeting with Nick O'Brien, an old friend of Devon, with whom he served in Korea. They end up protecting Nick's adopted son Coy from Ninja leader Taneka, who is convinced the boy is the rightful heir to his clan.

Also, Bailey asks Cooper to replace John on the team while Brubaker decides on a transfer.

When the actor goes to see the producer to be paid, the producer is killed. So A.J. and Rick are hired to help the man.
