He died on 25 September 2017 in Prague, Czech Republic.- Sylvia Butterfield MBE, known professionally as Elizabeth Dawn or Liz Dawn, was an English actress, best known for her role as Vera Duckworth in the long-running British soap opera Coronation Street. First starting on the serial in 1974, she had more of a recurring role as a factory worker until her husband Jack (played by William Tarmey) first appeared in 1979, and later a more concrete role in 1983. For her role as Vera, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2008 British Soap Awards. She was made an MBE in the 2000 Queen's Birthday Honours.
Born in Leeds, West Yorkshire, Dawn started her show business career as a nightclub singer. By the late 1960s she had ventured into acting, often taking small parts in television programmes as well as advertisements. During the 1970s she appeared in a variety of programmes including All Creatures Great and Small and Colin Welland's play Leeds United, as well as an early appearance in Crown Court as a non-speaking background artist.
In January 1990, Dawn was featured on This is Your Life. She published her autobiography, Vera Duckworth - My Story, in 1993.
In 2000, Dawn was chosen as the Lady Mayoress of Leeds and was awarded an MBE in October of that year for her services to charity, having helped raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for hospitals in the Manchester and Leeds areas.
On 12 October 2010, Dawn appeared in a wheelchair at the naming ceremony of the new Cunard cruise ship, MS Queen Elizabeth in Southampton.
She appeared at the 2011 British Soap Awards giving the Lifetime Achievement Award to her former co-star Bill Tarmey.
On 12 June 2014, Dawn was the subject of one of five celebrity specials of The Jeremy Kyle Show. She appeared on the show, talking about her career and health.
On 11 November 2015, it was announced that Dawn was to briefly come out of retirement and make a guest appearance in Emmerdale over Christmas 2015, in the role of Mrs Winterbottom. - Actor

Dennis Dragon was one of five children born to noted Hollywood symphony conductor and composer Carmen Dragon and his soprano singer/wife, Eloise Dragon. Dennis started playing drums at age five; his brothers Daryl Dragon and Doug Dragon accompanied him on keyboards. One of the first bands Dragon was a member of was "The Malibu Music Men Plus One"; this particular group also featured a young Natalie Cole as a singer. His first paying gig was performing with his two brothers at a wedding reception at age twelve. In the mid-1970s, Dragon engineered the first Captain & Tennille record at A&M Records, which resulted in the Grammy Award-winning hit song, "Love Will Keep Us Together" (his brother Daryl was the Captain). Among the people Dennis worked as an engineer and/or producer for are Lou Adler, Carole King, Johnny Rivers and Cheech & Chong. Moreover, Dragon worked professionally as a drummer and percussionist for over thirty years, both on the road and in the studio, for such artists as The Beach Boys, The Byrds, Captain & Tennille, Neil Young and Rick Springfield. In addition, Dennis also shot and edited industrial videos, TV commercials, and music videos. In 1976, Dragon and fellow musician Drew Steele formed the zany tongue-in-cheek rock group, the Surf Punks; the band was signed to Epic Records in 1980 and went on to enjoy a wild ten-year run. In 1984, Dennis co-created, produced, and directed the regional California music television variety program "Locals Only". In later years he operated the interactive recording studio complex the Dragon Family Foundation for the Recording Arts and Sciences in southern Oregon. Dragon committed suicide at age 70 on September 25, 2017.- Natalya Yunnikova was born on 25 February 1980 in Lipetsk, RSFSR, USSR [now Russia]. Oscar Molinari Herrera (b. Rome, March 8th, 1941, d. Caracas, September 25th, 2017) was an Italian-Venezuelan filmmaker, photographer, artist, actor and writer. Oscar Molinari was part of a generation of young filmmakers who the early 1970's maintained an avant-garde position in the cultural scene in Venezuela. In 1972 he writes and directs the short Ojo de agua (The Fountainhead) with which he receives the award to the Best Short Film at the Cadiz Film Festival (Spain, 1972), the award for Best Short Film at the New York Film Festival (USA, 1972) and a special mention at the Film Festival of Caracas (Venezuela, 1972). In 1973, after his return from Spain, where he established a life-long friendship with Salvador Dalí, he creates the Independent Film Workshop in Caracas alongside Diego Risquez, Carlos Azpúrua, Carlos Oteyza and Julio Neri. Molinari was one of the founders and organizers of the New Venezuelan Film Festival (Festival de Cine Nuevo Venezolano). In 1974 he travels to Los Angeles, invited by close friend and actor George Hamilton, and enters the University of Southern California where he studies actor direction under Lee Strasberg as well as animation and editing with Alejandro Jodorowsky. Upon the completion of his studies, he returns briefly to Venezuela to direct his second short film La Bicicleta (The Bicycle). By the late 1970's, Molinari establishes himself in Mexico City and begins collaborating with Alejandro Jodorowsky by creating fotonovelas (photo novels) where Jodorowsky would write the text and Molinari would photograph the narrative. These fotonovelas were included in the popular Mexican magazine Sucesos where Jodorowsky was Chief Editor.- James Norell was born on 12 April 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Jason Williams was born in 1985 in Barrington, IL. Beginning on the piano at age three, he picked up the guitar at age ten and took an interest in playing in bands throughout high school and on wards. Jason now plays guitar and sings for the Chicago psych-rock/freak folk indie band, Animal Holograms. With only one original film score under his belt, Jason is anxious to expand upon his seminal work and undertake a feature length score using an altogether different style and set of instruments and tools. Jason Williams composed, performed all instruments, engineered and mixed the score for the 45 min short film P.S. directed by Chris Tyre.
