How I hate Jablonski's lawyer.
But the case being a case driven by Brenton's race was due to DiAngelo seeing a black man lying on the ground and denying help, because he knows that regardless of whether it was an accident or not, people would put a label on Jablonski's head of being A hate crime, right? But since KJ is a weak lawyer/prosecutor, she let it slide.
We'll see in the last episode, but it's very difficult for him to be arrested.
