A number of reviewers herein have the audacity to posit "I don't understand the poor reviews." Well take 10 seconds to do a bit of research & you'll learn the reason for the poor reviews: THE ENTIRE FILM IS A SCAM ON THE PUBLIC. What surprises me most is that an actress of Kate Beckinsale's standing would lend her name & credibility to this farce. But I suppose it's possible she got roped into it by her agent, in which case she clearly should've canned the agent.
Well the movie-going public gets what it pays for. And to the extent film-goers & movie reviewers are indifferent to the idea of producers, directors, & actors scamming the public with "true stories" that are anything but true, we'll see more of the same & that's a shame.
