What makes or breaks a Hallmark movie is whether the main actors can actually act, and Carlos & Alexa do that very well. And, of course, Carlos sure can sing - that song at the end (I believe it's called "Eres Mia") is so beautiful, and I hope so much that it is released.
On top of all that, they have natural chemistry, which translates nicely onto the screen.
Sure...each character could have been a bit more developed, but this movie is fun, has a more unique plot than Hallmark's usual, and it has a lot of heart.
I look forward to the next Carlos & Alexa movie, and I really look forward to that ending song being released on Spotify & iTunes (please?).
