Most of these 1 star people don't know that there is a lot to this man that is true and intriguing and important. But it's disappointing that the first time a mainstream movie about this guys fills in so many of the gaps with historical fiction, leaving history buffs hating it and leaving people who don't know better believing everything in the movie. All of the notes at the end about what happened after the rebellion started, THAT should have been the movie. That was more fascinating. It could have been epic having all of this music stuff transition into the more insane parts of his story. Alas, covert racists and history snobs win the day. MAYBE the movie can be redeemed with a sequel. (?)
