I hate the toxic environment that is shown in this movie. From the bullies (the whole classmates are all bullies, all sinners!) to the I-don't-give-a damn-about-my-students teacher who lets her students behave like neanderthals right in front of her. The followers of Buddha should protest against this movie cause that incompetent teacher was described as a follower of Buddhism. This movie gives Buddhism a bad rep. I mean, even after the protagonist (the bullied kid) got a tape of confession from the bullies about their crimes, she pretended it doesn't exist. And she even called the kid a snitch! Wow, worst teacher of all time! It's no mystery why her students turned out that way. Cause she didn't even care about their moral education.
Well, that's the thing I hate most about this movie. But even after I got struck by all of the negativity, I still find a moral lesson to be learned from this movie. That's why I still gave it 7 stars. Not to mention, the acting was pretty good. The special effects were also good. And the ending gave a good twist.
