Whilst on patrol, Buffy is attacked by Angelus. Buffy is ill, she faints and is taken to hospital. When she is in the hospital she sees a demon in her delirium. The next morning, a child has died. Buffy comes to the conclusion that something is not right. An experimental doctor, a creepy doctor and a nurse are the suspects. One of the children, Ryan tries to kid the other kids to escape. Angelus and Xander have a confrontation.
Why It's So Good - At times frightening. The young child actors really sold the fear. Death was a big theme for this episode, and it was everywhere.
