I wanted to like this, and it had its moments, but I kept on comparing it to Murder in Successville and it came off second best. As has already been pointed out, what is the point of remaking a show that's already been done in English? While it's not as disastrous as most US remakes of popular Brit sitcoms it still feels redundant.
