Wildfire (2005–2008)
6/10
Good enough series.

It has that formerly known as ABC Family show, charm. And I love it. The series finale was a bit disappointing, and didn't give justice to the real love story. But I guess it's because it was planned as a normal season finale. The tagline reads « Dallas meets the O. C. », and that's pretty much the case. Only the real appeal of the show, is in the wonderful bound between a girl and her horse. And the drama aspect takes up too much screen time, which made me dislike some of the characters, including the heroine herself. It's not written without skills, but I thought it strayed too much from the family show aspect, that got me hooked in the first place, to really stand out. A four season run is reasonable, and apart from some seasons 2 and 3 storylines, I can't come up with one I didn't enjoy... It's nothing groundbreaking, but it has everything to keep you entertained, as well as guest appearances by more or less known actors, and good music too. It's worth a watch.
