This episode is in my opinion the best episode of doctor who ever made. When he realizes that because all of the Timelords that the laws of time belong to him, I love the way he becomes something that no one ever thought possible. The villains are a one off and it's great that they took the idea of an old villain and spliced it with the look of a human but you can tell because of the cracking around their mouths. The cast of the episode are incredible, Lindsay Duncan stands out especially for me I know you were probably guessing it because she is the main person in the side cast for this episode but the way she makes the doctor realize what he has done, she is just absolutely amazing.
