Me and my girlfriend watched this because it seemed to be about an overweight woman who wanted to lose weight through a gastric bypass surgery (one that my gf had). As the episodes went on, this started getting more and more intense, going into topics of rape, sexual inequality, serial revenge murders and a very dark, intense, fight club vibe (my fav movie of all time). I won't go into too much details but this is just really, really good. Not the easiest watch but wow.
