I enjoyed this episode. It was quite funny.
In this episode, Leonard is still pining over Penny, which doesn't surprise me. But since she's dating a new guy, Leonard feels like he'll never be good enough, and decides to move on. He asks out one of his colleagues, Leslie Winkle, who treats the date like a social experiment. And Leonard is still thinking about Penny. Sheldon says something funny about the fact that Leonard hasn't been rejected, since he never actually asked Penny out on a date. By the end of the episode, Penny starts to realize that Leonard does have feelings for her.
