Nineteen-year-old Jaslyn Eatmon, better known as Jassy Marie, is a producer and actress. Jassy Marie hails from an entertainment family. Her dad Bernard Eatmon, a member of the Directors Guild of America, is a sought-after director, writer and producer.
Her talents and love for performing in front of people made it easy to get her start in the entertainment which began at a very early age with TV and film appearances on popular shows, including "A.N.T. Farm" starring China Anne McClain, "Sesame Street," "Battle Dancing for Tommy the Clown," "Rize," and "Daddy Day Camp,"
Jassy recalls her best acting experience in acting was learning on the production set and getting to know the cast and crew.
Her desire to create a fun and non-judgmental world led her to produce and star in her latest project, "Class N Session," under the production company shingle, Urban Artist Film Productions and Hip Pop TV. The inspiration of the show was based on Jassy Marie's memories of watching comedy sitcoms with my dad. I have an old soul so quite naturally, I like the old school era.
CNS is about a teenage African American sophomore whose life ambition is to become a criminal lawyer after watching hours of crime dramas, "Criminal Minds" and "Law & Order," with her mother. This TV series is the first of its kind starring two African American teenage girls who are not sisters but best friends. "Class N Session" will be compared as the new generation mash-up of several popular old-school sitcoms like, "The Steve Harvey Show," "Save by the Bell," "Moesha," and "A Different World."
She is a native of Inglewood, California. Jassy Marie is a high school graduate - Class of 2016. She excelled in academics, which allowed her to graduate 4 months ahead of her fellow students.
Aside from acting and producing, as a goal setter, her other aspirations include earning her real estate license and become a certified dermatologist.
