Photo Credit: Christian Black / & © DC Comics With big changes coming to the DC Extended Universe, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom could be the last Aquaman movie and also Jason Momoa’s final appearance in the role. Including cameos and a voiceover role, Momoa has played Aquaman six times. All of that experience gave him a great amount of knowledge and a very personal connection to the character. So, when the new Aquaman movie got into the planning stages, Momoa got involved — he had some ideas about what the character ought to be doing in the next film, so he sat down with a partner and actually co-wrote the story for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. And, while the movie doesn’t try to get overtly political about it, Momoa said he was proud of the stance the film and director James Wan took, in terms of bringing to light some of the environmental issues facing the world’s oceans. [Editor’s note: The following interview contains light spoilers for “Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One.”]
Before newly minted “Mission: Impossible” star Pom Klementieff can get started chatting about her role as the franchise’s “insane” new baddie, she’s got just one teensy bit of housekeeping to attend to: she’s got to text back her co-star Simon Pegg. The long-time series star dropped her a line a few hours ago (post-New York City premiere), and she’s just suddenly remembered she never responded to it and can’t rest until she does. Talk about cast bonding.
That out of the way, the French actress is ready to talk all about her latest role in a franchise that she has literally adored since she was a kid (she was just ten when the first film came out), which allows the Marvel Cinematic Universe star to tap into some of her wildest impulses. In “Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One,” the seventh film in the beloved action series,...

Catherine and Peter attempt to figure out a way to move forward after the events of season two in the trailer for Hulu’s The Great season three. Can Catherine actually put into effect changes that will improve the lives of the peasants? Will Catherine and Peter ever be able to trust each other? Since The Great‘s only very loosely based on actual events, we’ll have to wait until season three arrives for the answers to those questions.
Elle Fanning stars as Catherine and Nicholas Hoult returns as Peter. The cast also includes Phoebe Fox as Marial, Sacha Dhawan as Count Orlo, Belinda Bromilow as Aunt Elizabeth, and Adam Godley as Archie. Gwilym Lee plays Grigor Dymov, Charity Wakefield is Georgina, Douglas Hodge is General Velementov, and Bayo Gbadamosi plays Arkady.

Carchases. Explosions. Off the rails action. It doesn’t get more Michael Bay than this.
On December 13, Netflix will debut the director’s latest film 6 Underground.
What’s the best part of being dead? It isn’t escaping your boss, your ex, or even erasing your criminal record. The best part about being dead…is the freedom. The freedom to fight the injustice and evil that lurk in our world without anyone or anything to slow you down or tell you “no.”
6 Underground introduces a new kind of action hero. Six individuals from all around the globe, each the very best at what they do, have been chosen not only for their skill, but for a unique desire to delete their pasts to change the future. The team is brought together by...

American Assassin isn’t showing up until next year, but there’s great hope that a new franchise is in the making. With Dylan O’Brien playing a CIA black ops recruit (aka… apparently, assassin) being trained by Michael Keaton, this one should have the potential to pull in audiences. That’s before you even get to the popular book series the film is based on.
O’Brien needs to pull off a bit more depth than we’ve seen from him in his Ya novel efforts, but given that he is meant to be a young recruit, and given the rich possibilities of the character as spelled out in the books, this one could be the next big deal.
The film has released some new sneak peek images to start you on the road to excitement. Take a look below, and make sure you keep this one on your radar.

It only took a year: here's the spoof take on 50 Shades Of Grey. Chortle.
When Scary Movie came out back in 2000, some remarked that the sleeper hit horror parody was spoofing a satire by drawing inspiration and iconography from Scream, which Wes Craven intended as a trope-riddled satire of the genre. Nevertheless, four sequels and a slew of other parody movies (mostly by 'two of the six writers', Aaron Seltzer and Jason Friedberg) followed and have served to run the art of cinematic parody into the ground over the last 15 years.
Fifty Shades Of Black hasn't been anywhere near as big a hit for co-writer and star Marlon Wayans as Scary Movie was, although it's arguably in a similar situation as that first breakout hit. Many of us (this reviewer included) felt that last year's E.L. James adaptation Fifty Shades Of Grey was already hilarious by accident,...

It astounds me that so many critics can vehemently spit venom at Kevin Smith, proclaiming he only makes movies for himself, yet that same scrutiny seems to avoid a borderline selfish filmmaker like Marlon Wayans. Given the right script and role, Wayans is a funny, talented performer. That I won’t argue. Yet these flavor-of-the-week spoofs he constantly churns out sport the same, unfunny, low-brow sense of humor every single time. These are jokes that make Wayans and his writing buddy Rick Alvarez laugh like pre-pubescent boys – or maybe the jokes were written by pre-pubescent boys, and they just make Wayans and Alvarez laugh. Either way, Fifty Shades Of Black is fifty despicable shades too many. Shocker, right?
Wayans stars as Christian Black, a wealthy “bidness” man who made his money like any other successful entrepreneur – by learning the coke trade and sucking a few dicks! (Yup, strap in.) It...

How exactly do we pass the time between Fifty Shades of Grey movies? The next sequel, Fifty Shades Darker, isn't due in theaters until February 10, 2017, with its sequel, Fifty Shades Freed, due on February 9, 2018. So, no, Fifty Shades of Black has no relation whatsoever to the other Fifty Shades movies -- and you'll probably get the hint roughly 10 seconds into this naughty new red-band trailer. Check it out. Warning: This trailer is Nsfw to the extreme. Written by and starring Scary Movie veteran Marlon Wayans, Fifty Shades of Black is quite obviously the spoof version of Fifty Shades of Grey, featuring all the requisite jokes that easily lend themselves to a movie that's poking fun at the sexually devious 2015 hit. Wayans plays Christian Black...

Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner and Ving Rhames return for more action in the brand new trailer for director Christopher McQuarrie’s Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation.
Looks pretty good and Simon Pegg cracks me up!
With the Imf disbanded, and Ethan (Tom Cruise) out in the cold, the team now faces off against a network of highly skilled special agents, the Syndicate. These highly trained operatives are hellbent on creating a new world order through an escalating series of terrorist attacks.
Ethan gathers his team and joins forces with disavowed British agent Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson), who may or may not be a member of this rogue nation, as the group faces their most impossible mission yet.
