Sin City: A Dame to Kill For - can Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez do it again? We're close to finding out, but I'm running out perpetual enthusiasm for hyper-stylized green-screen after 9 years. The original Sin City was the last one that worked for me.
But I'm not going to Not post a Jessica Alba clip.
The film will feature a star-studded cast that also includes Jaime King, Jude Ciccolella, Powers Boothe, Mickey Rourke, Clive Owen, and Bruce Willis as well as series' newcomers Eva Green, Josh Brolin, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Dennis Haysbert, Marton Csokas, Julia Garner,Juno Temple, Ray Liotta, Stacy Keach, Christopher Meloni, Lady Gaga, Jeremy Piven, and Crystal McCahill.

I’m beyond excited for August’s Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, in which Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez return to the seedy locale of their stylized 2006 noir hit. The flick looks completely awesome, with the addition of talented actors like Eva Green and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, along with returning faves like Jessica Alba and Mickey Rourke. One thing that has been a little tricky for the film’s marketing department to nail down, however, is exactly how Sin City: A Dame To Kill For is going to feel.
In the second clip from the movie, we see Alba’s stripper Nancy Callahan seething after the death of her longtime mentor and protector John Hartigan (Bruce Willis). There’s definitely a lot of style going on in the clip, but it feels oddly slight. Perhaps we’ll need to wait until the R-rated version hits screens to see whether the pulpy,...

Finally, this summer will see the arrival of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, a follow-up to Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller’s 2005 insta-classic film noir Sin City. Genre fans have been patiently biding their time until the sequel’s August release, but it’s hard not to get excited when the marketing department is unveiling posters like this and trailers as crazily awesome as this. Now, the first clip for the movie has landed online.
Though it does suffer from a lack of context, the clip finds Rosario Dawson’s Gail, a slinky femme fatale who led the prostitutes of Old Town in a fight against corrupt police in the first Sin City, living dangerously. She seductively presses herself against the hood of a car, much to the glee of a nameless henchman. It’s only when she baits him enough to be nearby when she opens the trunk,...

One of my favorite movies is 2005′s Sin City, a gorgeously shot film noir (adapted from Frank Miller’s iconic graphic novel) with brilliant acting, gleefully graphic violence and glorious eye candy in Jessica Alba, Jaime King, Carla Gugino and Rosario Dawson. Pulpy and imaginative, it still dazzles nine years later. So, to say I’m looking forward to the long-in-the-works follow-up, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For would be an understatement. Even with Inherent Vice, Interstellar and Godzilla on the way, it’s the film I’m most eagerly anticipating this year.
Now, three new images have hit the web, highlighting actors Eva Green, Josh Brolin and Jessica Alba. Of those, Green and Brolin are both newcomers to the Sin City universe, while Alba is reprising her role as exotic dancer Nancy Callahan, who struggles to cope with the suicide of her protector John Hartigan (Bruce Willis) in...

The Twitter has been buzzing this past weekend, particularly over at Robert Rodriguez's Troublemaker Studios where the talented filmmaker posted up a couple of new pics straight from the production of 'Sin City: A Dame to Kill For'. The two new snaps feature a look at a short-haired Josh Brolin who has snared the role of Dwight in the upcoming sequel due for release this October. The first image, below, of Brolin behind the wheel came tagged with the quote 'Here's bad ass Josh Brolin driving a Rodriguez-mobile. (A green box with a steering wheel bolted on)' whilst the second and digitally enhanced view stated...'And here's a quick photo touch up I do to set a tone for the actors. (Probably won't be raining in final movie)'. A whole host of other stars of varying popularity will all be getting in on the green screen action.

The iconic bunny may be one of the driving forces of Playboy, but it looks like there's some competition on this season of The Girls Next Door. Along with his three new girlfriends Crystal and the Shannon twins, Hugh Hefner also has a couple high-maintenance puppies as well.
Crystal Harris, Hef's new No. 1 girlfriend, brought along her pooch Charlie to the Playboy mansion as she moved in. On an interview with the Los Angeles Times, the dog is seen moving around and sniffing about. Even Hef looked amused by it.

While fans of The Girls Next Door will undoubtedly miss Hugh Hefner's former trio of girlfriends, they might just enjoy the new batch of ladies. Holly Madison used to be No. 1 in the Playboy mogul's book, but she's now being replaced by Crystal Harris. Now, is that a good thing or not?
A recent interview of Holly's reveals that she thinks of Crystal as her "clone," but the latter spoke up and told Ok! Magazine that she's not like her predecessor. The two may look alike given the blonde locks and that charming smile. Unfortunately, there's more to Crystal than what we think.
