While many actors want to move from in front to behind the camera, Inge
Rademeyer is one of the few actresses who reversed the process.
South African born Actress Inge Rademeyer immigrated to New Zealand with her family when she was 15. As a performer from an early age, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Film, TV & Media Studies and Theatre & Drama Studies at Auckland University receiving a scholarship in acting. Also during this time she worked as a contemporary dancer with Black Grace's youth dance company for four years. After university Rademeyer studied Meisner part-time and acted in various short films before making her big screen debut in Good for Nothing.
Having spent the last seven years working at Academy Award winning visual effects studio Weta Digital, Rademeyer has learned about the filmmaking business at a world-class level. It was a natural progression to combine film production and performance in her debut-acting role in Good for Nothing.
