Chris Osborn is an actor, writer, director in Los Angeles, CA. Hailing

'Rain Cloud' in the church ensemble play "Rain
Clouds" in which he dawned a black trash bag covered in cotton balls.
He also holds the record for number of 'most improved student awards'
in an El Paso, TX elementary school.
