Co-Founder, Senior VFX Producer and CFO of former VFX facilities: Crazy Horse Effects, Inc (CHE) & Crazy Horse East (CHE).
Christina's career began editing award-winning documentaries and features in Berlin, Germany. After moving to Los Angeles in 2001, she transitioned to producing visual effects on titles including There Will Be Blood, Tropic Thunder and John Adams for Robert Stromberg's company, Digital Backlot.
Alongside VFX Supervisor, Paul Graff, Christina founded Crazy Horse Effects, Inc (CHE) Los Angeles in 2008 & Crazy Horse East, Inc (CHE) New York in 2012. Among some of the films and TV series featuring her work as overall VFX Producer are The Boogeyman, Stranger Things S2, Water for Elephants, Snowden and There Will Be Blood. As the CHE facility VFX Producer/Owner, she produced visual effects for Boardwalk Empire, The Pacific, A Game of Thrones, Black Sails and The Life of Pi among many others. She has won one Emmy and received additional Emmy and Visual Effects Society (VES) nominations and was instrumental in obtaining multiple wins for CHE & Paul Graff. Christina continues to work as a VFX Producer on the production-side.
The Boogeyman (2023) is her most recent feature completed as the overall Visual Effects Producer.
