Gudrun Pausewang was born on 3 March 1928 in Mladkov, Czechoslovakia. She was a writer, known for Die Wolke (2006), Auf einem langen Weg (1984) and Plaza Fortuna (1973). She was married to Hermann Wilcke. She died on 23 January 2020 in Bamberg, Germany.
