Clint Butler is an award-winning actor and filmmaker originally from the east coast, ocean-side town of Foxtrap, Newfoundland (and Labrador). Trained initially in Vancouver, Butler's most notable roles have been on stage as a company member with the Toronto and Broadway national touring casts of the hit Canadian musical "Come From Away," as well as on-screen cameos on TV's Republic of Doyle, Lost Girl, and Hudson & Rex. In "Last Vestiges," his turn as an aging stripper grappling with identity and substance use was met with acclaim and saw the short film nominated for the prestigious Iris Prize. His two self-directed and independently produced documentaries, "Mudder's Hands" and "After Heather," have helped raise awareness for both arthritis and brain injury support, screening to festival-going audiences around the world.
