Alejandro Alcondez born on August 3 in Jalisco, Mexico began acting in
Theater in 1983-1990 and then moved into Film in 1991. He has
participated in approximately 75 Mexican films. He has stated in many
interviews how grateful he is with Mexican Actor Mario Almada for
giving him his first opportunity on the big screen in the theatrical
release "El Corrido de los Perez" where Alejandro Laurito.
Alejandro's goal was to play lead roles and in 1991 he decided to open his own production company "Producciones Alejandro Alcondez" shortly thereafter he wrote, directed, produced and had the lead role in the film "El Bronko Negro". Alejandro continued to film as a Producer, Writer, Director and Lead Actor in a large number of films alongside Mexican actors Manuel Ojeda, Luis De Alba, Cesar Bono, Jaime Fernandez, Miguel Angel Rodriguez, Bernabe Melendrez, Sergio Goyri, Jorge Reynoso, Hugo Stiglitz, Luis Aguilar, Fernando Almada, Fernando Saenz, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Karla Barahona, Rebeca Silva, Roxana San Juan, Patricia Rivera, Rosenda Bernal and Lorena Velasquez Lina Santos among many more actors.
Alejando has also worked in many film productions with his long time friend Delfino Lopez of Baja Films. Alejandro has acknowledged that his acting career has been one of his most challenging tasks and also one of the most regarding.
Ready for Hollywood in 1992 Alejandro Alcondez founded his American production company "Alejandro Alcondez Pictures" this production company films both English and Spanish films for worldwide theatrical and video distribution. He released his first English film Cielito Lindo "Beautiful Heaven" on June 18, 2010 at the famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre where Alejandro plays the lead role of Pablo Pastor, he also wrote, produced and directed the film shot in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, and exclusively released and distributed by "Alejandro Alcondez Pictures".
Alejandro Alcondez Pictures has a few pending projects beginning in 2014, one of which is a suspense, drama thriller tentatively entitled "Believe In Yourself" scheduled for production in late 2014, original story and screenplay by Alejandro Alcondez.
Giving back to the community has always been Alejandro's goal, in 1982 he founded "Alejandro Alcondez Foundation" its vision is bring smiles and happiness to all children of the world and its mission is to make everyone understand that "United we make a better world".
