Augustus Prew was born on 17 September 1987 in Westminster, London, England, UK. He is an actor, known for About a Boy (2002), Kick-Ass 2 (2013) and Charlie St. Cloud (2010). He has been married to Jeffery Self since 14 January 2018.

Was a member of the YoungBlood Theatre company. Other members include his brother Somerset, Imogen Poots, Lucy Duncan, Katie Duncan and Laura Greenwood.

He is the son of Wendy Ann (Dagworthy), a fashion designer, and Jonathan W. Prew, a photographer.
