Vigil-Wilk separated from her husband
Brad Wilk in 2013 after eight years of marriage, before reconciling and separating again. Vigil-Wilk has now filed to restart their divorce proceedings. The documents reveal Vigil-Wilk originally filed for divorce in 2013 after learning that Wilk had allegedly been having an affair with a Las Vegas woman. However, later that year, Vigil-Wilk says the couple reconciled and decided to stay together. Then, in early 2016, Vigil-Wilk says Wilk informed her that he was going on tour with
Juliette Lewis' band. He left and they went on tour for several months with her and the band. She later discovered that he was having an affair with her. Vigil-Wilk then writes that her husband told her he was planning on moving in with Lewis. In late 2016, Wilk returned to Los Angeles and informed her that he wanted to set up a mediation. He said that he was moving in with Juliette Lewis. In November 2017, she finally realized that sge could not continue in a marriage like this. She told Wilk that she was going to pursue the divorce. Vigil-Wilk believes Wilk should pay $30,124 per month in temporary spousal support and $17,772 per month in temporary child support. She is also seeking $100,000 in attorney fees and $50,000 for a forensic accountant.
