- Gian Stellari was born on January 14, 1929 in Codogno, Lodi, Lombardy, Italy. He is a composer and actor, known for La strada dei giganti (1960), Maciste contro i mostri (1962) and Colossus and the Headhunters (1963).
- Conducted for Italy in the 1956 Eurovision Song Contest (two songs that year: "Aprite le Finestre" and "Amami Se Vuoi"). Led his own orchestra for light music albums such as "Acapulco Road" and "Wonderful Together." From 1958 co-scored most films with Guido Robuschi.
