Chris Schwartz is the co-founder of Ruffhouse Records, one of the biggest foundational hip-hop record companies in the world. Ruffhouse was home to some of hip-hop's most influential artists, producers. The roster included The Fugees, Ms Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Cypress Hill, NAS, Kris Kross, DMX, Kool Keith, Soul Assassins, Jermaine Dupri, The Psycho Realm, Call O' da Wild, Hilltop Hustlers, Steady B, Cool C, Robby B & DJ Jazz, Jamalski, The Goats, Tim Dog, Kulcha Don, Sons of Sacrifice, Sporty Thieves, Liz Leiti, The Mountain Brothers, Delinquent Habits, Larry Larr, The Outsidaz, Pace Won, Young Zee, Major Figgaz, Beanie Sigel, State Property, Gillie the Kid, Mac Money & DJ QST, BlackMale and Hip-Hop's first Gangster Rapper MC Schoolly D and DJ Code Money among others. Ruffhouse Records sold almost 200 million records worldwide generating over a billion dollars in sales and a multitude of Grammy Awards. Chris has been the recipient of many awards celebrating his success including 260 gold and platinum records.
