    • Trivia
Martin P. Robinson was the creature designer and puppeteer for the original 1982 Off-Broadway production of "Little Shop of Horrors," a job he relished since the 1960 Roger Corman film had made an indelible impression on him as a lad, and he quickly became known among his peers for his impression of the plant, growling "Feed me! Feed me!" He was passed over for the movie, but returned to create and puppeteer a more elaborate set of monster plants for the 2003 Broadway revival.
