Leon Pownall was born on 26 April 1943 in Wrexham, North Wales, UK. He was an actor, known for Dead Poets Society (1989), The Sleep Room (1998) and Slings and Arrows (2003). He died on 2 June 2006 in Stratford, Ontario, Canada.
