Ryan Nicholson was born in 1971 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He was a director and writer, known for The Chronicles of Riddick (2004), Andromeda (2000) and Dreamcatcher (2003). He was married to Megan Nicholson. He died on 8 October 2019 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
