- (1990) GRAND RODIN, NO NAKED HEROES: A play by Ed Metzger, with a full cast of characters about August Rodin, the great French sculptor who created the famous statue, "The Thinker." The play takes place in the late 1890's, during the rise of Rodin's fame, his love affair with Camille Claudel and the political hypocrisy of the time in Paris, France.
- (1985) HEMINGWAY: ON THE EDGE: Ed Metzger's wrote and performs his second one-man show live on stage. This compelling original theatrical drama is about Ernest Hemingway's tormented life. Ed also tours this dynamic portrayal at theaters throughout the country.
- (2011) BOOK: "ASSASSINATE EINSTEIN". Ed Metzger wrote this suspense, action, thriller novel. The FBI must stop a Nazi assassin who was issued a secret order by Adolf Hitler to assassinate Albert Einstein before he could help the United States win the race to develop the first Atom Bomb.
- (2012) BOOK: "SCENES". Ed Metzger wrote short scenes about topical issues for his nationally acclaimed Theater Arts "Actorfest." The scenes are performed by high school and college students who enroll and study theater arts techniques of The Method during Ed's Drama Camp.
