Released back in 2008, Transporter 3 was panned upon release (earning just 40% from critics and 48% from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes) but nonetheless boasts the flair for fist-fighting that The Stath fans have come to know and love.

Directed by Olivier Megaton and written by Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen, Transporter 3 finds Statham’s expert driver and courier paired with Valentina (Natalya Rudakova), the cynical daughter of a Ukrainian official. Now, Frank must use his particular set of skills to both guard his new charge, and himself, because if they wander too far from his beloved car...they’ll explode. Dumbledore probably isn't the first character that action legend Jackie Chan would be compared to by moviegoers. However, the Harry Potter character is exactly who Karate Kid: Legends director Jonathan Entwistle believes Chan channeled while on the set of the forthcoming legacy sequel.

This surprising comparison was revealed after Entertainment Weekly asked Entwistle to describe Chan's presence on the Legends set. "Apart from being a wonderful human being who is very warm, he is the type of actor that does not leave. When his day is done, you would often find him sitting next to me, sitting next to the Dp, telling stories, talking to the actors," Entwistle shared. "Jackie Chan is a movie star, and that is something that you don't see so much anymore. He had the ability to come up with a tiny idea that I'd never thought of — and all of Jackie's tiny ideas are in the movie.

"Cobra Kai" has had a good run, but season 6 finally brings it to the finish line. "Cobra Kai's" final season is split into three parts, with two of them already available on Netflix and the final one premiering on February 13, 2025. There have been mentions of a show for a while now that will be set before The Karate Kid, and Cobra Kai season 6 has provided the perfect opportunity for Netflix to greenlight the show. Part 2 of Cobra Kai's final season did something that no one expected and found a way to bring back Mr. Miyagi, but in such a creative way that it could easily be moved on from without any major narrative issues. However, the key addition to Cobra Kai season 6, part 2's cast could be instrumental to the franchise's future.

One of Gerard Butlers best action franchises, the Has Fallen saga, is getting a surprising small screen spinoff, and we now have a new look and more details about the project. Titled Paris Has Fallen, the series comes courtesy of the French platform Canal+, and will follow a new character as he, much like Butlers Mike Banning before him, finds himself up against a terrorist force while protecting a high-profile politician. Cobra Kai will be ending its run on Netflix with its current sixth season. However, the show's creators are hoping to further explore the history of the Karate Kid franchise.

In a new interview with THR, the future of the franchise was discussed with Cobra Kai creators Hayden Schlossberg, Josh Heald, and Jon Hurwitz. The three made it clear that they are hoping to keep the story going with potential spinoffs after the final episodes of Cbora Kai are released. Schlossberg noted how they have already gotten six seasons out of putting the focus on a different character from The Karate Kid with Cobra Kai, and he's eager to delve further into the franchise by giving someone else the same treatment.
