Ernst Jacobi was born on 11 July 1933 in Berlin, Germany. He was an actor and writer, known for The White Ribbon (2009), The Tin Drum (1979) and Hamsun (1996). He was married to Barbara Jacobi. He died on 23 June 2022 in Vienna, Austria.
