Eduardo Roman was born in Torreon,
Coahuila, Mexico. After graduating from law school and falling in love
with acting during theatre workshops and plays while in college, he
moved to Mexico City to pursue acting professionally. There, he studied
and worked with the finest actors and directors like
Patricia Reyes Spíndola and
Arturo Ripstein. He has appeared in
Mexican TV shows that are exported to many countries. He's also worked
in many TV commercials for worldwide renowned product brands. Being
fluent in English has also helped Eduardo Idunate work in
American productions like
Acapulco H.E.A.T. (1998)
and The Mask of Zorro (1998)
with Antonio Banderas and
Anthony Hopkins as well as the
French production Mookie (1998) along side
French soccer star Éric Cantona. He was
cast as a supporting actor in the soap opera
Te amaré en silencio (2003)
for Univision in the USA, where he played the comic relief. Eduardo is
also a renowned voice-over actor. He is the voice announcer in Spanish
for Disney movie trailers as well as many brands such as McDonald's, ProActiv, Toyota, Honda, Papa John's Pizza, Wells Fargo and
