Annie Gaybis began her career as an actress, singer and dancer. Her destiny then led her to Hollywood - New York - Las Vegas - and beyond.

One of her first "A" list films was Bachelor Party (1984) starring Tom Hanks.

She got to break into films such as Best Little Whorehouse In Texas (1982) choreographed by Tony Stephens, Bugsy (1991) starring Warren Beatty choreographed by Dennon and Sayhben Rawles, Distinguished Gentlemen (1992) starring Eddie Murphy playing Maria, Showgirls (1995) choreographer Marguerite Derricks, Wholly Moses (1980) starring Dudley Moore playing Laurene Newmans sister Sucubus. Choreographed by Jamie Rogers. Personally chosen by David Lynch to choreograph and perform the solo dance number in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (1992). Waterworld (1995) starring Kevin Costner playing one of The Deacons Main Gang Members portrayed by Dennis Hopper.

Annie was featured as star, co-star in many "B" movies. Among the most notable are: the Friday The 13th franchise she appeared in Part Three (1982), Necromacy (1983) starring Orson Welles where she portrayed The Spirit , Fairy Tales (1978) where she portrayed Snow White and dubbed many of the other actresses vocals as well, The Lost Empire (1984) directed by Jim Wynorski , where she played the Referee in this Roger Corman styled fantasy film, Black Shampoo(1976) where she played Mrs. Phillips, Hollywood Zap (1986) as Debbie, Beyond Evil (1980) starring John Saxon where she played the Harlot. Annie recreated the role of Cynthia Phillips in the remake of DOA (2022), filmed in St Augustine.

In 2024, Annie took to the stage once more, in her portrayal of Melissa in the two-character play, "Love Letters" at St Augustine's lovely Limelight Theatre. Hot off of that role, Annie continued with Clifford Odet's classic The Country Girl where she portrayed Georgie to standing ovations and high praise. She finished out the year in the acclaimed opera The Barber of Seville in a special role created just for her by director, Mark Frieman for First Coast Opera

On television, she has appeared on numerous shows including being profiled by Ed Bradley on Sixty Minutes (1985) with Delta Burke and Morgan Fairchild, KTTV Movie Girl(1982) in Los Angeles where she hosted late night "B" movies broken up with skits, comedy and witty commentary on Saturday Nights, Roughnecks (1985) starring Harry Morgan, Bakersfield PD (1993-1994) in the role of Rose, Jonny Zero (2005) as well as acting dancing and singing on numerous variety specials, telethons, game show pilots and several television series that never made it to network and multiple talk shows.

Annie Gaybis has been in well over 40 films, has been a cover girl for many magazine and periodicals, media articles and magazine pictorials from People to Playboy.
