- Giorgos Foundas was born in 1924 in Parnassida, Greece. He was an actor and producer, known for The Asphalt Fever (1967), Me ti lampsi sta matia (1966) and The Shepherdess' Lover (1955). He died on November 28, 2010 in Athens, Greece.
- Performed the role of 'Fotis Glaros' in both cinema and TV adaptations of the novel "Galini" (i.e. "Serenity") by Ilias Venezis. The first one was in the film directed by Gregory J. Markopoulos (1958) and the second one in the TV series (1976) directed by Kostas Lyhnaras (1976).
