Richard Fancy (born August 2, 1943, Evanston, Illinois) is an American actor, known for such recurring roles as "Bernie" on General Hospital and "Dr. Moss" on the NBC comedy series Nurses. He is likely best-known as Mr. Lippman, Elaine Benes (Julia Louis-Dreyfus)'s boss at Pendant Publishing, on Seinfeld.

Fancy has been married to Joanna Fass since December 31, 1965; they have two children.
