- Stephen Andrzejewski was born in Batavia, Illinois, USA. He is a producer, known for Backdraft (1991), Batman Begins (2005) and Day Shift (2022).

- At the age of ten, Andrzejewski was allowed onto the set of Paul Mazursky's, "Harry and Tonto". The used car scene filmed down the street from his home. He secured a spot on the set for three days by befriending Art Carney's stunt double. Later, Carney suggested to Andrzejewski that he should consider filmmaking as a career. Carney went on to win 1974's Best Actor Oscar for his performance in the film.
