Sheena Easton in All Dogs Go to Heaven 2 (1996)
CERTIFIABLY JONATHAN is about the comedian, Jonathan Winters, who sets out to be a successful painter and dreams of hanging in the Museum of Modern Art in NYC. Just when his dream is about to become reality, his sense of humor is stolen and he loses his ability to paint. To avert disaster, the filmmakers call on JonathanÂ’s friends, fellow actors and comedians to help him regain his sense of humor. What happens is funny and serious at the same time, just like our 83 year-old bi-polar hero.

    • Quotes
[quoted in the Orange County Register, 12/22/91] I have never claimed to be Miss Hip and I never tried to appeal to an avant-garde audience with a green streak in my hair, a bag over my head and songs about living couches. Some entertainers lose their way because they're always trying to make a statement with their music or trying to be cool enough to be in with The Rolling Stones crowd. Well, that was never me. So sue me; I'm a pop singer. People bounce along in their cars to my songs and that's good enough for me.
