Emile Hirsch & Justin Long set for horror ‘Lice’
Emile Hirsch
Emile Hirsch, Justin Long (Barbarian, Goosebumps), and Kevin Connolly (Entourage) are set to star in Connolly’s horror film ‘Lice.’

Connolly’s ActionPark Productions, alongside partner Patrick Marino, are making their feature film debut with a gruesome throwback to ‘80s high school classics. Production begins this week in Canada.

The movie is described as a horror mashup of ‘The Breakfast Club’ and ‘Lord of the Flies,’ and follows a deadly parasite outbreak at a Long Island high school in the 1980s. When the school goes under military lockdown, the itch-crazed students turn on each other in a desperate struggle to survive.

Hirsch will star as burned-out science teacher Mr. Shanker, who finds new purpose as he investigates the bloodthirsty mites, Justin Long as Principal Van, a man who is out of his depth and soon out of his mind,...

Emile Hirsch, Justin Long and Kevin Connolly Teaming for Parasite Horror ‘Lice,’ Highland Film Group Selling in Cannes (Exclusive)
Image
A parasitic invasion of lice is set to hit Long Island in an upcoming feature described as a horror mashup of “The Breakfast Club” and “Lord of the Flies.”

Simply entitled “Lice,” the feature marks the first from Kevin Connolly’s ActionPark Productions alongside partner Patrick Marino, and is set to star Emile Hirsch, Justin Long, and Connolly (“Entourage”) himself. The film — billed as a “gruesome throwback to ‘80s high school classics” — begins production this week in Canada.

Highland Film Group is repping international rights, handling sales at the Marché du Film.

Director/cinematographer Jonathan Bensimon makes his feature directorial debut with a script written by Anthony Musella and Shaun Harris (“The Hemingway Thief”), from an original concept by Connolly. The film is produced by Connolly, Jeremy Alter, and Gary Goldman, who recently collaborated on “Entourage” creator Doug Ellin’s “Ramble On,” which starred Charlie Sheen, Connolly and Kevin Dillon.

Tbbt Creator Chuck Lorre on the Neurosis He Picked Up a While Ago: “It’s contagious. It has spread”
Image
Chuck Lorre is a name synonymous with some of the most successful and beloved sitcoms to grace the TV screens, whether it’s Dharma & Greg, Cybill, The Big Bang Theory, or its continuous extensions with Young Sheldon and Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.

Throughout his decades-long career, he has delivered several award-winning hits, and along the way, he has also developed a personal superstition in the form of a peculiar neurosis, something he described he can’t seem to get rid of.

Chuck Lorre’s neurosis doesn’t let him sit on his labeled chair

Chuck Lorre has been in the industry for years, building a profile that includes numerous hit and award-winning shows. Along with his illustrious career, the show creator, also known as ‘King of Sitcoms’, has also developed a personal superstition.

I Never Liked How Chuck Lorre Basically Made Millions Off of Fatphobia With One ‘The Big Bang Theory’ Character
Image
Chuck Lorre’s brand of humor can prove to be iffy on occasions, as throughout his tenure in the sitcoms, the showrunner has often dealt with lowbrow humor accessible to almost everyone. While the writer did tone down things in The Big Bang Theory in comparison to Charlie Sheen’s Two and a Half Men, the former still has its fair share of issues.

Although not as egregious as Two and a Half Men with its questionable jokes that haven’t translated well into the modern age, certain moments from Tbbt certainly haven’t aged well, including the fatphobia around Mrs. Wolowitz.

Chuck Lorre went overboard with one fatphobic gag The Big Bang Theory | Credit: CBS

Voiced by Carol Ann Susi, the mystery surrounding Mrs. Wolowitz was one of the longest-running gags in the entire sitcom, which was eventually written out of the show in the wake of Susi’s death in 2014. Surprisingly,...

Pete Rose & 1919 Black Sox Eligible For Baseball Hall Of Fame After MLB Commissioner’s Ruling
Image
Pete Rose, one of baseball’s greatest baseball players who was banned from the sport for life in 1989, will finally be eligible for the Baseball Hall of Fame after a ruling handed down Tuesday by the commissioner of Major League Baseball.

Rob Manfred ruled that MLB’s policy shall be that “permanent ineligibility ends upon the passing of the disciplined individual.” Rose, baseball’s all-time hits leader and a 17-time All-Star, died in September at age 83.

The ruling was spurred by an application by Rose’s lawyer and family, and came about as Rose was the first player banned after the tenure of baseball’s first commissioner, Kenesaw Mountain Landis — who originated the rule of no gambling in baseball in 1921 — to die while still on the list.

Rose was banned from the game in 1989 after an investigation found he bet on games — a violation of MLB’s Rule 21 — while manager of the Cincinnati Reds,...

Top Gun 3 Will Be So Damn Expensive If Tom Cruise Wants to Bring Back These 3 Stars From Top Gun: Maverick
Image
Reports have confirmed the development of Top Gun 3, with Tom Cruise returning to his role as Pete “Maverick” Mitchell. The previous film, Top Gun: Maverick, turned out to be the highest-grossing film in Cruise’s career. The film featured a bunch of young stars, many of whom went on to build a reputable career since the 2022 film.

A third film in the series would probably be incomplete without these young stars returning to their roles. However, bringing them would make the movie a very expensive affair, given their current star value. Cruise’s salary alone would be a massive cost for the film, as his reported salary for the second film was $100 million (via Variety).

While it took 36 years for the second movie to materialize, the third movie is expected to arrive very soon, offering a fitting conclusion to Cruise’s iconic character.

Harrison Ford’s ‘Yellowstone’ Return Condition Disappointed Me After How Badly Taylor Sheridan Wasted Him
Image
Harrison Ford saying he’s open to returning to the Yellowstone universe sincerely threw me. After everything Taylor Sheridan put Jacob Dutton through in 1923 — getting ambushed, nearly dying, and carrying the weight of the ranch like a total warhorse — I figured Ford was done.

I mean, he’s in his 80s and still pulling off grizzled frontier icon like it’s nothing. Now, I’m weirdly hoping Sheridan gives him what he wants, because let’s face it folks, who wouldn’t want one more round with Jacob Dutton?

Harrison Ford says he’s game to returning as Jacob Dutton, and it’s pretty crazy given what Taylor Sheridan did to his arc in 1923. At an FYC event (via THR), Ford joked he’d come back if Sheridan asks him nicely.

Chuck Lorre Had To Fight To Cast One Of Two And A Half Men's Main Actors
Image
Who could imagine "Two and a Half Men" without Jon Cryer's meek Alan Harper alongside Charlie Sheen's arrogant Charlie today? Looking back at the sitcom's 12-season run, it's evident that the show has become a tremendous success mainly because of the two actors' rambunctious chemistry on screen. The casting was pitch-perfect for these types of characters, and one of the series' creators, Chuck Lorre — aka the King of Sitcoms — had a pivotal role in getting Cryer for the part despite some pretty heavy pushback from CBS, where the show aired from 2003 to 2015.

During the casting process for "Two and a Half Men," the network made it clear from the get-go that they didn't want Jon Cryer. Not to audition, star, or have anything to do with the show whatsoever, if they could help it. Lorre has been open about this condition in several interviews since, and in one he gave for Wwny-TV,...

Image
The ’80s were a heyday for the underdog. Whether the arena was the corporate workplace or the hormone hurricane of high school, bullies and their respective comeuppances were ubiquitous in the decade’s cinematic offerings. 1984’s The Karate Kid was one of the most popular David vs. Goliath offerings on the big screen, and its legacy goes way beyond fly-hunting with chopsticks, or beachfront training montages, or its litany of catchphrases. Alec Baldwin Reveals He Wanted to Be Batman – And Why He Lost the Role to Michael Keaton
Image
Whether it was as Bruce Wayne or the Dark Knight himself, Michael Keaton owned the cape and cowl in Tim Burton’s Batman and Batman Returns. Even today, decades later, fans still argue in dimly lit forums about who the best Batman is. Sure, Affleck looked like he could bench press a bus, but let’s be completely honest—he was no Michael Keaton. But now, a recent interview has fans wondering if Alec Baldwin could have done a better job as Batman instead of Keaton. What many don’t realise is that Keaton almost didn’t get the gig. Warner Bros. was basically playing a game of Batman Tinder, swiping right on names like Mel Gibson, Kevin Costner, Charlie Sheen, Tom Selleck, Bill Murray, Harrison Ford, and Dennis Quaid before director Tim Burton swiped left on everyone and doubled down on Keaton as Batman. But guess who else wanted the role?...

How Old Were You When You Found Out Two and a Half Men’s Jon Cryer Was in 3 Episodes of NCIS?

It’s not uncommon for some of the most popular performances of an actor to overshadow their brief appearances in other hit shows. And something similar happened with the Two and a Half Men star, Jon Cryer, whose iconic roles in the CBS sitcom have somewhat buried his other performances, like his appearance in NCIS.

The long-running military police procedural series is still going strong even after 22 seasons and remains one of the most-watched shows on television. Surprisingly, Cryer joined the series not just for a cameo, but appeared in a total of three episodes.

“Master, your s*xually ambivalent ex-wife is here”: I Miss Two and a Half Men Because Charlie’s Judith Disses Were Absolutely Legendary

Despite all his shortcomings as a protagonist, it’s safe to say Charlie’s wit and ability to deliver quick jabs remain unmatched. And while he can certainly come off as unlikeable, as many of his antics were borderline problematic, which hasn’t aged well with time, fans certainly enjoyed his disses, especially the ones geared toward Judith.

Marin Hinkle’s Judith remains arguably one of the least likeable characters from the show, which is saying something, and Charlie Harper’s banter with the character was always a treat to watch, especially in the early seasons.

Charlie Sheen is known for his off-screen controversies, but don’t let that distract you from the fact that the man has an unmistakable screen presence and a brash charm that’s hard to come by. There’s No Zombie Roseanne in ‘The Conners’ Finale, Producers Claim
Image
The Roseanne-verse finally comes to an end this week with the series finale of The Conners. While we don’t know exactly what will happen, it will no doubt focus on the titular family’s wrongful death lawsuit against the pharmaceutical company responsible for making the opioids that Roseanne Conner overdosed on.

It’s kind of funny that the show has been able to wring so much drama out of a plot point that was only introduced because Roseanne Barr was fired from Roseanne. That’s like if Two and a Half Men ended with a dramatic court case involving the manufacturers of the piano that fell on Charlie Sheen.

What should we expect from the finale of The Conners? According to executive producer Bruce Helford, we should expect the unexpected. “There’s something that happens in the final episode that I don’t think has ever happened on broadcast television,...

'Not What I Was Expecting': Two and a Half Men Star Reveals Why Rose Role Was Reduced Despite Her Popularity
Image
Melanie Lynskey was a fan favorite on the hit TV sitcom Two and a Half Men. In the show's first season, she was introduced as Rose, a neighbor with an unhealthy obsession with Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen). After initially serving as a series regular, Lynskey had her role pared down to recurring after two seasons before eventually getting reduced to guest appearances.

Per Variety, Lynskey recently reflected on her role in Two and a Half Men. She remembered how the original idea for Rose was for the character to appear more "threatening," and that the plan was for it to be a guest star role. Lynskey suggested that she could play the character in a different way, and the positive response resulted in Rose becoming a series regular.

“I went and did something kind of strange in the audition, and they were super into it,” Lynskey said. “She was written...

Two & A Half Men Star Melanie Lynskey Reveals Why She Opted Out Of Series Regular Role: “It Was A Hard Decision”
Image
Why Was Melanie Lynskey’s Role Reduced In Two & A Half Men? ( Photo Credit – Instagram )

Melanie Lynskey’s portrayal of Rose in Two and a Half Men was unforgettable. As Charlie Harper’s eccentric and sometimes dangerous neighbor, she created unforgettable moments with her bizarre obsession and quirky personality. After two seasons as a series regular, though, Rose’s screen time was drastically reduced. The decision to demote her wasn’t because of a lack of popularity; fans loved her chaotic energy.

Instead, it came down to a shift in the show’s direction. The creators decided to scale back on Rose’s presence, likely because her increasingly erratic behavior began to overshadow the main storyline. The change led to a more sporadic role for Rose, but she still popped in occasionally, delivering the same amount of unpredictability. Fans were left to wonder what could have been if Rose...

A Key Two And A Half Men Star Had A Cameo In Young Sheldon
Image
Television writer and producer Chuck Lorre has helped create quite a few successful sitcoms, with "The Big Bang Theory" and "Two and a Half Men" (both of which aired on the CBS network) arguably being his most popular ones. But as often as "The Big Bang Theory" crossed over with its prequel show, "Young Sheldon," actors from the former didn't pop up as much on "Two and a Half Men" (and vice versa), perhaps in large part due to the series' somewhat different tones. Be that as it may, there was one "Two and a Half Men" veteran who made an appearance on "Young Sheldon," and she was a perfect fit for the bittersweet coming-of-age family comedy.

That would be a reference to Melanie Lynskey, who absolutely f****** rules. The "Yellowjackets" and "The Last of Us" veteran starred on "Two and a Half Men" as Rose, a terrifying and manipulative...

Melanie Lynskey Recalls Bizarre Yet Brave Audition for ‘Two and a Half Men’

Melanie Lynskey, known for her compelling performances in both indie films and major TV series, recently opened up about her unique and somewhat strange audition for the long-running sitcom Two and a Half Men. Her role as Rose, the sweet-yet-stalkerish neighbor with a deep obsession for Charlie Harper (played by Charlie Sheen), became one of the most iconic and quirky characters on the show. But what many didn’t know was how she landed the role in the first place — by taking a bold and offbeat approach to the audition room.

In a recent conversation, Lynskey shared that during the casting process, she made a deliberate choice to fully embrace the oddball nature of Rose. She admitted, “I went and did something kind of strange,” reflecting on her audition. Charlie Sheen Getting Drunk and Chasing Women Wouldn’t Have Made Two and a Half Men a Hit Without Jon Cryer’s Alan Harper
Image
Needless to say, a great TV show isn’t made just by its lead—it’s the supporting characters, those unsung heroes, who often steal the spotlight. Two and a Half Men is a perfect case in point. Sure, Charlie Sheen’s Charlie Harper was the quintessential party animal, indulging in every vice under the sun, but what truly brought the show its heart was Jon Cryer’s portrayal of Alan Harper.

Charlie’s wild escapades wouldn’t have been half as entertaining without Alan’s bumbling, awkward, yet surprisingly heartfelt personality as the anchor that kept it all from falling apart.

Two And A Half Men Cast Then Vs Now Comparisons Reveal Charlie Sheen’s Looks Are Immune To Substance Abuse
Image
When Two and a Half Men hit the CBS network in 2003, it quickly became one of the most talked-about shows on television. The main credit for this goes to the risqué and bold humor of the show and, of course, actor Charlie Sheen. He played the womanizer jingle writer Charlie Harper that the fans came to love a lot.

Now, fast forward two decades, while the rest of the cast has aged significantly, Sheen looks almost exactly the same.

Keep reading to find out more…“For starters, I started getting lip filler when I was 18 and I do a touch-up every year because I’m addicted,” she added. “I absolutely hate the way my lips look without filler in it and I continue to overline my lips still. It’s an addiction.”

She then detailed getting Botox in her forehead, which she hoped would “lift” her eyebrows, but it ended up going “in the complete opposite.

Kunal Nayyar on Tbbt: Raj’s Most Interesting Trait Was Borrowed Straight From an “Elderly Indian gentleman” I Met on a Plane
Image
Portrayed by Kunal Nayyar, Raj was a unique and one of the most memorable characters on The Big Bang Theory. As an Indian astrophysicist navigating life in Pasadena, Raj stood out not just for his cultural background but for his socially awkward charm and unique way of speaking, complete with an Indian English accent.

Interestingly, Nayyar later revealed in an interview how a real-life encounter with an elderly Indian gentleman inspired him to develop Raj’s speech pattern and manner of speaking.

Raj was a memorable character, and with him came several equally distinctive traits, including his sparkling style and a slight Indian accent.

Though he has a clear Indian accent, which the show used for character flavor and occasional humor, especially in interactions with Howard, it was always consistent and never overly exaggerated.

Charlie Sheen Snubbed By Daughter Sami Sheen As He Reunites With Ex Denise Richards
Image
Charlie Sheen has officially stepped into the world of reality television, making his debut on Bravo’s Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.

The Two and a Half Men star reunited with his ex-wife, Denise Richards, and their youngest daughter, Lola Sheen, in an episode that offered a rare glimpse into their complicated family dynamic.

Sami Sheen’s Strained Relationship with Charlie

For Denise, the journey with Charlie has been far from smooth. “The girls have been through a lot with their dad,” she admitted in a confessional. “It has been up and down.” And while Lola was eager to reconnect, their eldest daughter, Sami Sheen, chose to sit this one out.

“I would literally do anything else than go to lunch with my father,” the 21-year-old bluntly stated. Her relationship with Charlie has been turbulent, marked by long periods of silence. “Me and my dad haven’t really spoken much in five months now,...

The Best Patrick Swayze Movies: Five of Our Favorites
Image
Patrick Swayze was one of a kind. He’s the only actor I can think of who was as comfortable cutting a rug on the dance floor as demolishing a room full of bad guys with his fists of fury. When he passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2009, we lost an icon who was never really recognized as the legend he is in his time. In the years since many Patrick Swayze movies have become cult favourites, and with a Road House remake recently a hit, we decided now would be a good time to pick the five best Patrick Swayze movies.

Red Dawn (1984)

John Millius’s cold war “what if” thriller goes down in the history books as the first-ever PG-13 movie. It was also Patrick Swayze’s first major leading role, with him best known up to this point for a supporting role in Francis Ford Coppola’s The Outsiders.

“You’ve never seen a nose job ruin a career”: Charlie Sheen Was Vile for What He Said About His Co-Star Jennifer Grey
Image
Let’s just call it what it is: Charlie Sheen has never been one to hold back. And on that fateful day in 2017, he took his unfiltered nature to new heights when he casually trashed his former co-star Jennifer Grey in front of a live audience. We mean, here’s a guy who thinks no filter is the best filter, and frankly, it often lands him in hot water.

When asked about his past leading ladies, Sheen didn’t just rank them; he essentially bulldozed their reputations. His harsh words for Jennifer Grey, famously known for her role in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, were nothing short of vile.

“He’s insufferable”: It Was Not Charlie Sheen, Jon Cryer Had the Worst Role to Play in Two and a Half Men
Image
Charlie Sheen led the hit sitcom Two and a Half Men for nearly a decade before his exit from the series. However, despite the controversies, his character, Charlie Sheen, remains iconic, though many criticize him for being an irresponsible, selfish, alcoholic womanizer with no sense of responsibility toward others.

However, Charlie Harper might not be the worst character in the series, as it is widely believed that Alan Harper, played by Jon Cryer, is the one who deserves the title for being a freeloading parasite who only got worse with time.

The Two and a Half Men fandom has long been divided on who was the catalyst for the show’s success, which has since become one of the most popular sitcoms.

1 Other Two and a Half Men Character Suffered the Same Fate as Charlie Sheen’s Charlie Harper
Image
Two and a Half Men was a rating success for most of its run. That was until Charlie Sheen was fired from the show. Even the usually charming Ashton Kutcher couldn’t save the show when his Walden Schmidt replaced Sheen’s Charlie Harper as the central protagonist. Sheen’s character was killed off in the show.

However, it wasn’t just Charlie Harper who faced the worst fate in the series. The show also did another character dirty during its run. Missi Pyle played the role of Jake’s teacher, Dolores Pasternak, in her first appearance. She gets entangled with Charlie and gets dumped, as usual.

Two and a Half Men Star Claims Veganism Nearly Killed Her: “I was a mess”

Famous for its risqué humor, Two and a Half Men immediately caught everyone’s attention when it premiered in 2003. With Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer leading the way as the Harper brothers, the show was destined to be a hit. Sheen played the womanizer Charlie Harper and had a string of romantic relationships to his name.

But while some made sense, others were just downright absurd. Perfectly fitting the latter was Courtney (his stepsister), played by actress Jenny McCarthy. Unlike others, she was a part of several episodes.

Just like any other major show out there, even Two and a Half Men featured a string of famous celebrities making a special appearance. While fans loved Miley Cyrus and Allison Janney, actress Lucy Lawless also made an appearance on the sitcom.

Famous for her role on Xena: Warrior Princess, the actress actually played the ex-wife of a gay executive. While their marriage on the show didn’t last long, her brief appearance did add an interesting twist to the story.

Eight Sitcoms That Lost Their Main Star and Never Recovered
Image
Most people with a cursory knowledge of television history know that the expression “jump the shark” was born the moment Happy Days’ Fonzie literally jumped over a shark while on water skis. What many don’t know, however, is that even amongst Happy Days fans, there’s no consensus as to when the show figuratively (not literally) jumped the shark.

Back in the early days of the internet, jumptheshark.com allowed fans to vote on the exact moment they thought a show overstayed its welcome. In terms of Happy Days, many viewers blamed the show’s format switch in Season Three, when it went from a single-camera show to one with a live studio audience, while others blamed so-called sitcom curse Ted McGinley’s addition to the cast in Season Eight. I, however, subscribe to the idea that it tanked at the end of Season Seven, when its star, Ron Howard,...

The Only Thing That’s Stopping Ashton Kutcher From Leaving Hollywood to Escape the P Diddy Aftermath
Image
Regarded as one of the most admired couples in the industry, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are an example of the idea that if it’s meant to be yours, it’ll come back to you. The couple met on the sets of That ‘70s Show and very quickly became a fan-favorite pair on-screen as Jackie Burkhart and Michael Kelso. They reunited in 2012 at the Golden Globe Awards, and in 2015, they tied the knot in a private ceremony.

Kutcher and Kunis are reportedly very private people, but on several occasions, they have stepped out in front of the camera and let the world know that the spark is still there. The two were recently spotted in Rome with their kids, but their Roman holiday reignited the rumors of them wanting to relocate and raise kids in a more normal setting rather than in the middle of glitz and glam.

“Please stop watching Two and a Half Men”: Charlie Sheen Called Chuck Lorre’s Show Cursed After His Co-Star’s Crying Plea

Have you ever seen a sitcom unravel like an onion—layer by colorful layer—until it brings tears to your eyes? Charlie Sheen’s 2012 revelation is like dropping a pebble into a pond, causing ripples that touch everyone in its reach.

So, what’s brewing in the world of comedy television that’s got tongues wagging? Following Angus T. Jones’ scathing categorization of Two and a Half Men as “filth”, it took Sheen no time to chime in with his own spicy commentary, suggesting that the show might be cursed.

Annoying or Entertaining? Miley Cyrus Was Probably Too Nice for Two and a Half Men
Image
When you think of Two and a Half Men, a few things immediately come to mind, crude humor, womanizing, and a complete disregard for anything resembling moral decency. This is a show where the characters are either morally ambiguous or outright terrible people, and that’s exactly why fans loved it.

In 2012, Miley Cyrus made a guest appearance as Missi, a fast-talking, overly enthusiastic young woman who brought an energy level that was practically illegal for this show. Some fans thought she was hilarious, a breath of fresh air in a sea of morally corrupt characters. Others? Well, let’s just say they were ready to change the channel faster than Charlie Harper could down a bottle of whiskey.

Angus T. Jones, best known for his role as Jake Harper on Two and a Half Men, appeared to be a rising TV star amid the success of the sitcom. Starring alongside Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer, he became one of television’s most recognizable child stars.

However, the same show that catapulted him to fame also marked the end of his acting career. Jones left the hit CBS sitcom following Sheen’s controversial exit and has since stepped away from the industry.

Corey Feldman Has Very ‘90s Beef With Johnny Depp
Image
Corey Feldman, poster child for 1980s teen stardom, has had more than his share of celebrity feuds. Over the decades, he’s publicly griped about Diddy, Michael Jackson, Howard Stern, Charlie Sheen, Barbara Walters, Marilyn Manson, Aaron Carter and even his Bff Corey Haim. Now we can add another name to the Feldman Enemies List: Johnny Depp.

Leonardo DiCaprio received his first Oscar nomination for playing disabled boy Arnie in Who’s Eating Gilbert Grape? in 1993, but Feldman had a role in that movie too, the former teen idol told Billy Corgan on his Magnificent Others podcast. In fact, he claims, he landed the part before either DiCaprio or Depp were hired for the film. “I was actually cast to play Leonardo DiCaprio’s role,” Feldman explained. “I never saw the film because I’m still bitter. Bitter leaf in that one. But yes, I was originally cast for that role.

Yes, she once guest-starred in Two and a Half Men almost 8 years before Young Sheldon‘s premiere. While she may be best known for her heartwarming turn on Young Sheldon, Potts once slipped into a wild and hilarious role on another Chuck Lorre sitcom, one that many fans have likely forgotten.

Even Today, Fans Are Questioning Two and a Half Men’s Worst Mistake by Abandoning a Golden Goose Character Who Could’ve Replaced Charlie Sheen

When Chuck Lorre initially ventured into his quest to find a replacement for Charlie Sheen, who was practically the face of Two and a Half Men, he had no intentions of casting an actor who was in their 30s. However, things changed after he met Ashton Kutcher, whose fearless approach and comedic instincts had Lorre convinced that Kutcher was the man for the job.

As for the reception to this decision, it was pretty mixed, as not many were thrilled to welcome the new dynamic between Walden and Alan. But this issue could’ve been avoided entirely if they had just promoted another fan-favorite member of the sitcom to the lead.
