In similar fashion as with my Top Directors on my Top 1000 Movies list and my Top Film Editors on my Top 1000 Movies list, this ranking only grants that these cinematographers are good and employed often (with some old partner. Compare this list with my Top Directors list). I'm not saying anything about "who's the best", who's second and so on. This only gives some general idea / an overview.
