Why are the stars so low on this amazing story??

I barely watch tv or Netflix. I was bored last night and decided to open Netflix and this show popped up. I literally watched the entire season in 1 day. I was even shocked when it ended because all the episodes blended so well. I didn't even notice the time. The cast and director did an amazing job!
