This is one of my favourite game series of all time and to reboot the first game, to make it look the way it did stunned me.
I had this sitting in my game collection for YEARS before I decided to play it and to make Drek a goofy villain and not serious was the dumbest move ever.
Incredibly lucky I found this game in a bargain bin in 2019 for $10 should've been the first guess not to buy it, but I wanted to give it a go and I tried just tried to like it but it was way to hard.
The game tried way to hard to be funny, took away the original heart of the game and that style of upgrading? Nah..
Skip this one just just skip it.

Lets be honest here... I watched this more then once and the more times I watch it the more times I am disheartened by the fact that it doesn't have the same heart or warmth as the original series did.
We grew up with the Rafters after All Saints back in the day and I truly had some high hopes for the 'reboot' that's not one but a continuation many years on.
Ben Rafter is still the worst character and the most annoying he is arrogant and just plain annoying, never in my life was I glad to hear that this didn't get renewed.
Dave and Julie were always couple goals but the writing ruined them and made them unlikeable here, "they always find their way back to each other' but.. like did they have to?
Libby Tanner is chronically underused and Carbo didn't get any better.
If this is stil streaming, just pass and watch the seasons we feel in love with.

Was I supposed to remember the characters from series one? Going into season 2 almost TWO years after season one because I forgot how annoying some of those characters were.
If the show does get renewed for a third season can it be right away so we don't have to wait for so long?
That two year wait wasn't worth it, as mentioned forgot the names and the story arcs so badly I had to watch the entire first season again before watching the second.
The arcs of series 2 leave so many open endings so i'm assuming that there will be a third season.
One character that should not return if there is third season is Bill, can't stand him.
But overall I did like season 2 but it did feel like it dragged on.
