Creation (2009)
An evergreen scientific and biographical movie
This is a movie which shows us how one of the greatest scientists in human history have come to achieve the biggest single idea in the history of thought. Also we will be very able in watching how he struggled in his life with both his physical and mental health losing his dearest daughter , Annie , how he overcame all the difficulties in his life, his wife's difference in opinion being one of those and penned the book that entirely changed the Human perception of life, "On the Origin of Species".
Though not the family tree of Darwin is not in entirety shown except for an instance where the work of his grandfather, Erasmus Darwin who was also a well known Biologist and thinker of his times. Also neither his childhood nor how he met his love, Emma, is not depicted in the movie, but one can see how Darwin's life got on until he loses his daughter from where his life takes a whole new turn. Paul Bettany especially was super successful in reincarnating Charles Darwin into himself and was great in merging into both emotions and actions of the latter though we would not know except for the those who met him in his times. Totally this is an evergreen movie filled with emotions and depiction of how religion poses a serious threat to the development of Scientific thought.
Rush Hour 2 (2001)
Ever green and ever best
If you're looking for an action-comedy packed movie, well this is one of those movies. Jackie Chan and Chris tucker making one of the greatest and funniest combinations with seemingly brotherly relationship has made the movie a world wide success being the sequel to the movie Rush Hour. Brett Ratner beautifully makes up the symmetry for both the movies and presents before us, an excellent piece of movie, whose every ounce is filled with hilariousness.
Lee and Carter are off on vacation to Hong Kong where the former suddenly gets to know that the antagonist, Ricky Tan is involved in a suspicious bombing of American Embassy. But knowing Carter, who always wanted a mu shu even if there's a catastrophe, tricks him into a bar disguising the issue to him as a big party and that's where starts the "revolution". Lee and Carter are on to catch Ricky Tan and are always on the loosing side, sometimes getting stripped butt naked but also sometimes getting to enjoy the pleasures of Chinese massage.
The Kinetic energy of Lee and the dynamic mouth of Carter, which can also thank Benjamin , always gets you off the chair , both for laughing and for a wide opened mouth to the stunts of Jackie. All the way through the movie you can see why one can't separate the comedy in Jackie's heroics and Tucker's blasters while they seriously chase Tan. This movie is a complete ripper of stomachs and an ever green classic without an 'F'.
Amrutham (2001)
The real Champion among heaps
Although seemingly entered as a conventional Telugu comedy TV show in early 21st century, it still runs on TV after a gap of 17 years proving itself an all-time great comedy show excluding the likes of M.r.Bean and the Big Bang theory for that the former lacks both global telecast and global audience to be compared. What makes this show such entertaining or why it had been so perfect in convincing the audience is the use of natural comedy propelling resources without words of obscene meanings and most importantly without any utterly exaggerating attempts to desperately create hilarious atmosphere throughout the season, not at least even for a single episode. The serial "Amrutam" is a telugu sitcom, which depicts the story of two characters, Amrutam and Anjaneyulu, the duo who starts an hotel in the pursuit of economical profit and always end up in some trouble caused not intentionally but for a greater purpose. This humorous symmetry of wrecking at the end of every episode is a main event causing immense hilariousness. Appaji, another important role in the storyline proves to be sufficiently trouble making for this pair through an interesting and ever remembered theme of sucking out their business profits in disguise of "Penalty". Equally important was the role of the tamil speaking servant, Sarvam, whose mixing of tamil and telugu languages hovered real sarcasm in his communication with his employees. This whole composition ultimately proved to be entertaining enough to get into the the hearts of people and to rise as an all- time great.
