The Suicide Squad (2021)
Most Violent Comic Movie Ever!
This movie was incredible from start to finish, ignore the Snyder fans deliberately giving this poor ratings because of their hatred for Warner Bros.
This film has passion, sadness, happiness, anger all in one beautiful twisted James Gunn picture.
Not only this this movie destroy the first Suicide Squad but it's probably the best DC movie since the Dark Knight trilogy!
I urge anyone who can, GO support this movie!
Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn (2020)
This Movie Is Incredible!!!!
First of ignore all the men who seem to be ignorant to the fact an all female action movie has happened, I as a man who doesn't have his head up his you know what.. can guarantee half the negative reviews here are from people who haven't seen it and are just hating for no reason.
Speaking as DC lover this movie gave me everything I needed, Margot Robbie truly brings the character of Harley Quinn to life, the costumes, comedy aspects and fight scenes are all up to high standard, I love how they didn't hold back on the violence and truly brought to life the madness/campiness of Harley in a way Suicide Squad failed to deliver due to its 15 Rating. This movie holds no boundaries with its R Rating and it shows.
Special shout out to Ewan who once again delivered in an amazing role, I believed every minute of it, the whole cast as a whole was really well put together, I can't say enough how people should go see this movie.
I hope this is a success for Margot, she worked hard for this movie to happen and Warner Bros believed in her vision. The only fault I had which is that I wish it was longer.
Pokémon: Detective Pikachu (2019)
Outstanding!
Being a Pokemon fan for many years I was very hesitant when the trailer first came out and especially with the stigma around video games getting movie adaptions that never work out but in this case THEY DELIVERED!
Ryan Reynolds once again continues to deliver amazing comedy while also tugging at our heartstrings in serious moments. The storyline for the movie was great and Rita Ora was a great adaption to the movie, her part as the scientist was surprising well given the common fact that not many singers can't act but I was pleasantly happy, hoping to see her more.
The movie itself has an amazing storyline that I won't give away, the real life adaptions of the Pokemon are beautiful and it's almost exactly how I'd imagine them if they were in the real world, the effects are amazing!
Go watch this movie!
