Fatherhood (2021)
Would recommend ^^
I enjoyed watching Fatherhood! It was a nice movie. Was it great or something miraculous? No. But thats not the movie's goal. By watching this movie you can partly experience what its like being a single parent and a father for that mater, which surely is not an easy task.
Even from the beginning Matt (Kevin Hart) said to his wife that he was not ready to have a child, because no one is truly ready for that huge new chapter.
Kevin Hart did a wonderful job. I've only watched him in comedy movies and this side of him is refreshing! I'm not going to lie, at the end I was caught in the emotion bubble and just couldn't let out a couple of tears. (Lmao)
Things that I think would have made it a tad bit better
- Going into the trauma he experienced after losing his wife.
- Going more in depth about gender norms as clearly the child liked things that are perceived as male items.
Also the "issue" about the "need" of girls to wear skits and boys pants.
I could probably think of more but overall I enjoyed the movie. Cheers.
So-ri-kkun (2020)
I cried so much.
This movie made me an emotional wreck. There were scenes where I was laughing so much and next thing you know, I was crying a waterfall.
Before even watching "The Singer" I was well acquainted with Pansori singing and find it very beautiful.
You can feel great emotions in the style of singing which contributed to the movie enormously. The actors did an fantastic job!
Cherry (2021)
WOW!
Tom Holland BLEW ME AWAY WITH HIS PERFORMANCE! The movie is very well done and I enjoyed it.
Busanhaeng 2: Bando (2020)
Fast and Furious Zombie Version
Ahh.. I am kind of disappointed. Some things I did not quite like:
It felt more like a race movie with zombies than a sequel to Train to Busan.
I couldn't get myself to be invested with the characters. The movie did not give us a chance to try and get to know them more. So when something "surprising" happened I was not that invested in the said so scene.
I found some scenes so cliche.. so Hollywood like.
Very predictable. No originality, no thrill.. unlike the first movie.
Some CGI scenes were good, other looked like an animation.
Not much information was given even in the beginning about.. anything pretty much.
That being said- its a fun watch but don't expect much.
7500 (2019)
You mean to tell me that this happens in Europe and he can't land the plane FOR HOURS?
First - I thought that this was a flight from USA to Berlin. Then when i learned it was from Berlin to Paris i was even more SHOCKED because ITS NOT EVEN THAT FAR and you mean to tell me that soo many hours went pass.
Second - I'm a bit mad because HIS FIRST PRIORITY AS A PILOT IS TO LAND THE AIRPLANE. He could have just turned off the camera at the back and not look at it every 5 minutes. That does not help him at all. If he opened the door HE WOULD HAVE DIED which results in A CRASHED PLANE. Therefore he should just detach and land the plane!
Third- How the fudge can people be so stupid? All the banging and all the shouting- incoherent shouting all the time at the end.
Fourth - HE HAD SO MANY CHANCES TO WOUND HIM!
Even that scene where he was peeing! He could have stabbed him so many times.
If you are looking for a small dose of anxiety and a huge dose of screaming/talking at your screen then give it a try :)
