Dagr (2024)

This is a joke, right?

The movie was slow, annoying, and lacked any scare factor. It was just a mashup of the Blair witch project and the ring.

The two main actresses were predictable, the plot was repetitive and the camera shooting was nauseating.

I'm not sure how this movie has such high reviews on here but it can't be from people who actually watched the movie.

This was probably one of the worst movies we have seen this year and it's disappointing that the marks were so high.

Throw in some "influencers" and just watch the Blair witch project for the same plot line.

I rate this two out of ten stars.

American Horror Story (2011– )

Remove Kim K

I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. But she is undoubtedly a terrible actress. Unconvincing and really just takes away from the franchise as a whole. Emma Roberts really had to act twice as hard just to make any scenes with her and Kim the least bit convincing.

Please please please, removing any association with a Kardashian and try to get next season back on track.

It's super disappointing that they decided to cast Kim. Lady Gaga killed it, as she was always an entertainer. Kim is nothing more than a rich girl with a camera crew. It's not a personal attack but that family has zero acting talent.

Yellowstone (2018– )

Monica Dutton is so boring

Her character is unnecessary and just slows down the story every time she is on screen.

I think within all 5 seasons, she has only shown one single depth of the same emotion.

She's not even Native American.

Poor choice to have her character created. Or they could have at least in maybe five episodes total across all the seasons to still achieve the same outcome.

Season 5 as a whole is super slow though, so there might be an underlying issue there.

Beth is getting to be annoying as well. Just focus on Jamie and John and the battle between them and sprinkle in some of the cowboys.

Jamie has gone super soft also, his character could of been a total b.a.

Blockbuster (2022)

Such a letdown

Thought it would be a lot funnier given then history of some of the actors but the jokes were flat and the dialogue was even worse.

Such a missed opportunity. Maybe Netflix thought making this with as small of a budget as possible given the actual history between the two businesses would naturally just find its groove but the first episode proved wrong.

Pretty much just using this show as background noise now, hoping there will be a scene that draws me back in.

Until then, I'll continue to drink my whisky and ignore the "TikTok" humor that keeps getting repeated.

Okay, now I just need to reach my character limit to post this review. Byeeee.

Ghost Adventures: House Calls (2022– )

Poorly done

Each episode so far features families below the poverty line who excuse cases of domestic violence as paranormal.

Zac also needs to let the guys do what they do if he chooses not to be on site.

Master of None (2015–2021)

We were duped

First two seasons - fantastic. Funny, well scripted, generally, enjoyable to watch.

The third season just felt like a complete bait and switch. The show had built up an audience who enjoyed the humor only to go into this depressed, mopey, drawn out story line.

I don't know if it was Aziz reflecting what was going on in his personal life but please don't just flip the script with a new season.

Create a different show, build a different brand.

For me, season 3 doesn't want to make me come back for more.
