I'll tell ya quickly why The Last Jedi sucks...Aside from the Rey/Kylo "Force Skype" which was totally ridiculous. So Luke never got his happy ending, ya see, he struggled SO much - his aunt & uncle were burned alive, his mentor Ben Kenobi is murdered, his hand gets chopped off, his evil father dies. He's had SO much misery, it'd be nice to see him 30 yrs later happy, with a wife & a few kids maybe? But no, it was all for nothing. Luke's reward for all those acts of heroism is to die alone on an Island, never getting married, never finding happiness, & not having any cool lightsaber battles.

The Experts (1989)

THIS MOVIE IS AWESOME! A+ It's totally absurd, but still classic

I saw this movie when it came out in January of 1989. I loved the wacky comedy, & especially the awesome dance sequence between Kelly Preston & Travolta. All the characters are memorable, & very unique. I loved it so much I tried to go back to my local theater to watch it again, but DOH! it wasn't there! Paramount really pulled it fast. If noting else, watch the bad a$$ dance sequence just to see Kelly Preston bend over right to camera! Arye Gross's love interest, Deborah Foreman, was is equally enchanting..even though she wash't given many lines. She conveyed a sweet sincerity with just her eyes - that's real charisma, kiddo ;) Why can't I get a BluRay of this??? I don't think they even released it on DVD. Total bummer.

Alien: Covenant (2017)

OMG SO AWFUL! This Alien:Covenant movie is a total failure

So first of all, I liked Prometheus's "big ideas" & thought the film was well crafted & quite engaging. There were a few flaws, like dumb characters doing stupid things, but for the most part, I liked Damon Lindelof's story..& was excited to see where Elizabeth Shaw & David landed. Well, if you saw The Crossing prologue (only released online) you don't need to watch Alien:Covenant. The prologue was the best part. Ridley Scott ruined yet another movie. Were you upset when they killed off Newt & Hicks during the credits sequence of Alien3? I sure was. Alien3 was awful, & I barely could finish it. This new film is almost as bad. I really liked Noomi Rapace's character & couldn't believe Ridley Scott was stupid enough to just kill her off, after all she went through in Prometheus. Ugh. As a matter of fact, I'm tired of writing a review for a movie I despise, so I'll just say this -- Ridley, if you're reading this..please retire. You're 80. Go sip cognac whilst sitting on your palatial estate in the English countryside.. remember the good old days, when you made awesome films; like Legend, Blade Runner, Thelma & Louise, & the 1979 Alien. Just retire, dude. I'm sorry to say, your scripts are dreadful now..& your time is over.

RIP Elizabeth Shaw, you deserved a better sequel, sister ;(

Sing Street (2016)

A++ Dudes, my girlfriend & I just watched this movie & we agreed it's now one of our favorites. It's exactly as Variety wrote "A heart-melting adolescent romance that gives teenage garage bands everywhere a better name." To add to that, all the unknown stars knock it out of there park, the script is top notch, the the original music is phenomenal - I just bought the album. Mad props to star Lucy Boynton who played Raphina - her performance is nuanced & truly touching. I felt like I was really living in this world w these kids & their struggles, & ..I kinda didn't want it to end. I hope they make a sequel ;)

Dirty Grandpa (2016)

LOVED IT!!! A+ Robert DeNiro, Aubrey Plaza, & Efron are absolutely brilliant

This movie is absolutely hilarious! I didn't know much about it going in, but was so pleasantly surprised. Every actor/comedian in the film knocks it out of the park & the script is great. Sure, it's low-brow comedy, but it's very creative & compelling. Lots of next level shiznit in this one. I'm telling you the truth- I really didn't want it to end. Of course I know DeNiro, & love his work, but I didn't know how adept Zac Efron & Aubrey Plaza were at nuanced comedy. Aubrey Plaza's character; a sexy, nutty, amorous type, had me laughing out loud. Her jocular delivery was so deadpan - I honestly think she wanted to have sex with Robery DeNiro haha. Also, you gotta give Zac Efron props; the dude is fearless & will do whatever it takes to make the audience laugh. The other girl, I think the actress's name is Zoey, was hilarious & nuanced as well. Not only is she gorgeous, she holds her own with these three established movie stars. If they made a sequel, I'd be one of the first ones in line. Cheers, mates
