Best Movie of 2021!

When I say "best movie of 2021", I don't just say its the best tamil movie but the best of all the movies I've watched this year 2021.

It's certainly a theater worthy film.

I was not very happy with the storyline and trailer. But I was very much surprised. Though the story revolved around a social theme, I never got boring.

Its even better than Suriya movie Soorarai Pottru.

Hope to see more of these movies from Suriya in the future.

More movies like this should come from not only Tamil industry but from all other film industries.

Captain Marvel (2019)

One of the Best Movies from Marvel Cinematic Universe

I enjoyed this movie very much. It is mainly because Marvel didn't go with their usual ways in this movie. It has a deep story. It didn't pack a punch like Iron Man or Thor but everything fits with the story and the narrative.

Especially the Mid-Credits scene was awesome and it makes me more eager to see the Avengers:End Game movie.

It was also exciting to see the younger Nick Fury and Phil Colson. The Big reveal of how Nick Fury got blinded on one eye was really cool.

Overall a good movie. It didn't have many action sequence like other Marvel Movie but if you're a DC fan you might like it more.

Baahubali: The Beginning (2015)

An Awesome Movie!!!!!!

I just now watch the movie!!!!! I couldn't stop thinking about the movie. The story is not so special and its regular father being murdered and son coming for revenge. I couldn't say that there was no mistakes or flaws in this movie.

But I think when considering the the CGI, Backgroungd Music (heard it on Dolby Atmos), Screenplay, Acting and Action sequences, i think the flaws can be ignored.

The first Half started with a powerful performance by dying Ramya Krishnan followed by some romantic performance between Prabhas and Tamanah. Tamanah shows a fierce warrior face in this movie. Though seeing cute Tamanah as a fighter was a bit awkward for me in the first, her convincing action made it easier to change my mind. For me the best scene in the first half would be the romantic fight scene just before the song "Pacha Bottasi" where you see Tamanah fighting to kill Prabhas and the guy just makes romance with her. the song gave a "Pacha Bottasi" colorful experience. Prabhas could have shown more love expressions. Overall the first half was good and ended with an awesome scene.

The Second Half was a fire cracker! I enjoyed every bit of it. Especially the war scenes. WOW! amazing was the second half. Sathyaraj has dominated the second half and has done a wonderful job as Kattapa, it felt like he was born for this role. Nasar and Ramya Krishnan's acting in the second half was strong .During the war, i felt the language of the opposition guys to be a little funny. The Item song "Manohari" had great choreography and good dancers, it was a great show! and when the movie ended with the promise of a sequel it was quite disappointing, an awesome experience had come to an end!

Ustad Hotel (2012)

Food is complete only with Love!

When the I saw the saw the first scene, I judged this movie to be another commercial movie. But everything changed in the mid way. I learned that Food is not just about filling the stomach but also filling your heart....

I don't understand how he got girl! how the orthodox family accepted her to marry a cook...But still the Love is very different.

The next thing that is remarkable is their Display of culture. I never saw these kinds of Dishes before (have to appreciate the Story writer's knowledge of culture and food).

This a complete movie and a movie worthy of spending the time!
